SURAH Al-ANFAL & SURAH AT-TAWBAH PEARLS OF PEACE (A Summary of the Qur’aan)

*🍃PEARLS OF PEACE (A Summary of the Qur’aan) 🍃*   *SURAH AL-ANFAL *   ALLAAH LOOKS AT QUALITY NOT QUANTITY *DO NOT BE DIVIDED* A great Fitnah of our times – disagreements! The ideology is: if you do not follow my belief then you have clearly gone astray. This continuous fighting has divided the Ummah immensely. Many people don’t come near the religion because they cannot understand who is right and who has deviated. Allaah سبحانه وتعالى says, (وَأَطِیعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَا تَنَـٰزَعُوا۟ فَتَفۡشَلُوا۟ وَتَذۡهَبَ رِیحُكُمۡۖ وَٱصۡبِرُوۤا۟ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِینَ) *“And obey Allaah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart; and be patient. Indeed, Allaah is with the patient,” [8: 46].* The enemies are rejoicing as the Muslims fight among themselves. Let us reflect on our behavior, be forgiving and reduce the distances between the Ummah. *BE CONSISTENT IN WORSHIP* Allaah سبحانه وتعالى  loves those...

Ramadan Quran Taraweeh Summary for Night 1 Night 1: Al-Faatihah to Al-Baqarah 176 Al-Faatihah:  The Quran starts with Surah Fatihah, which is the supreme Du’a gifted to us by Allah SWT.  These are the most recited verses  of the Qur’an through which we affirm our faith in Allaah SWT as the sole object of our worship and the only source of our help. We ask Him to show us the Straight Path and protect us from going astray and His anger like it happened to other People of the Book. In response to the Dua, Allah SWT  has given us the Qur’an. Al-Baqarah:  Surah Baqarah, the longest Surah of the Qur’an, has 286 verses and 40 Rukus. It’s spreads over 2 Juz. The title of the Surah, "Al-Baqarah," literally means "The Cow." It relates to the parable of Prophet Moosa AS  and his Ummah, Bani Israeel (Children of Israel) who hesitated to carry out Allah’s command to sacrifice a cow as an expiation for an evil they had committed. Central Theme:  To uncondit...

Patience- Sabar

The Definition Of Patience Sabr is an Arabic word which comes from a root meaning to detain, refrain and stop. There is an expression in Arabic,  “so-and-so was killed sabran,”  which means that he was captured and detained until he died. In the spiritual sense, patience means to stop ourselves from despairing and panicking, to stop our tongues from complaining, and to stop our hands from striking our faces and tearing our clothes at times of grief and stress.  What scholars have said about patience: Some scholars have defined patience as a good human characteristic or a positive psychological attitude, by virtue of which we refrain from doing that which is not good. Human beings cannot live a proper, healthy life without patience.  Abû ‘Uthmân said: “the one who has patience is the one who trained himself to handle difficulties.”  ‘Amr ibn ‘Uthmân al-Makkî said: “Patience means to keep close to Allâh and to accept calmly the trials He sends, without compl...
