What happens to the souls in barzakh?

Question: Asfa Umer We are aware that the martyrs are not in the grave, but rather, they are still present among us and still at risk. However, I am curious as to what will happen to people like us who are not martyrs and who pass away naturally.What happens to our soul and where does it go? Does it go to an area known as barzakh, and if so, could you please elaborate on this? Or does it go to an eternal state of dormancy? Pulsars are rotating neutron stars|Miracles of Quran|The "Knocker" (Tarek in Arabic طارق)

First, let us look at the one from Miracles of Quran. [2]  It takes 86:1-3 [3] وَالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ which it translates to And the heaven and the "Knocker" (Tarek in Arabic طارق) How could you know about the "Knocker"? The piercing star (Thakeb in Arabic). and says that it denotes a black hole because The Arabic word "Thukb ثقب" means a hole; "Thakeb ثَّاقِبُ" means the one who makes the hole. The Quran is describing a knocking star that makes a hole. Pulsars are rotating neutron stars. As more matter falls into a neutron star its mass increases and as its mass increases its gravity increases. But gravity is actually curvature of spacetime. A neutron star distorts spacetime.
